Step Two

I review your answers within 48 business hours and follow up with you. You show up prepared. So do I.

Step Three

Two hours on Zoom. You’ll leave with a clear 90-day plan with monthly milestones, a prioritized focus, and a list of what’s going on the shelf until next quarter.

The Goal Design Session gives you the plan. Coaching gives you the support, the real-time adjustments, and the accountability to follow through when life gets messy. Some women take the plan and run with it. Others realize they want someone in their corner through implementation — and that’s where coaching comes in.

That’s fine — and more common than you’d think. The pre-session questionnaire helps surface what’s actually going on, and the session itself is designed to help you get clear. You don’t need to arrive with the answers. You just need to be ready to think them through.

Plans are meant to be adjusted. You’ll leave with a 90-day roadmap, not a rigid contract. The goal is that you have a clear starting point and the confidence to make decisions as things evolve — not a plan you have to follow perfectly.

Yes — and it sometimes does. If you walk away from the session and realize you want ongoing support through implementation, coaching is the natural next step. There’s no pressure either way. The session is complete on its own.
