1:1 Coaching

You show up for everyone. But who’s supporting you?

Not a course. Not a group program. Not someone who’s going to hand you a framework and send you on your way. A real conversation, about your actual life and business, every week, for three months.

For the woman who has been carrying it all alone and is finally ready to not have to.

Does this sound familiar?

You’re doing well by every measure that’s supposed to matter and you’re still ending the week feeling behind.

You know you’re the bottleneck. You just haven’t figured out how to stop being the bottleneck without everything falling apart.

You’ve tried figuring this out alone. The books, the courses, the free content. What you haven’t had is someone looking at your specific situation and staying in it with you.

You’ve been carrying the weight of everyone’s goals. You’re ready to finally make room for your own.

If you’re nodding your head (or wincing a little), you’re not alone.

You’ve been holding so much; all the ideas, the decisions, the pressure to sort it out on your own.

good news!

You’re in a great place

Recognizing yourself in this is actually the hardest part. Most people stay stuck for years without ever naming what’s happening. The fact that you’re here means you’ve already done the work of seeing it clearly.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. You just need to be ready to stop doing this alone. That’s exactly what this is for.

Just for a Minute,

Imagine if you could…

take it from others

Real Wins, Real Women

Amy took a vacation without her laptop

“Amanda helped me find joy in my work again”

Over nine months, Amy reduced her schedule to three days a week, delegated key responsibilities, and trained her team to operate without her constant involvement. Most importantly, she took her first vacation in 20 years without bringing her laptop!

Shanda made long-lasting changes

“I finally know I’ve done enough, even when there’s still more to do.”

Shanda hired three senior directors, stepped out of day-to-day operations, and created a clear plan to fully exit the CEO role within the next year. She now leads from vision instead of burnout and follows through with far more ease.

Amy built a business that fits her life

“I accomplished goals I’m incredibly proud of without sacrificing my relationships, well-being, or what matters most.”

Over two years, Amy grew her speaking business, expanded her team, built stronger systems, and increased her visibility while learning how to honor her capacity and create sustainable momentum.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Amanda!

Eight years of working with women like you has made one thing clear: the chaos isn’t a personality flaw. It’s what happens when someone capable keeps saying yes to everything without anyone helping her sort what actually deserves a yes right now.

That’s the work. Not a mindset overhaul, not a new framework, just someone who can listen to everything swirling, help you figure out what actually matters this week, and hold the rest until you’re ready for it.

Are we the perfect match?

This is perfect for you if:

  • You’re running a business you’re proud of and you’re quietly exhausted by it
  • You know what needs to change and you haven’t been able to get there alone
  • You’ve done the books, the courses, the free content and you’re still in the same place
  • You want honest feedback more than you want to feel comfortable
  • You’re done waiting for the right moment

You’re not ready if:

  • You’re looking for someone to hand you a strategy and do the thinking for you
  • You want validation more than truth, honest feedback is central to how this works
  • You’re not willing to look at the hard things, that’s where the real work lives
  • You’re expecting results without being willing to change how you operate
  • You need to see fast results versus change that actually sticks

THE BELIEF BEHIND IT ALL

Your ambition isn’t the problem

But it will always find a new goalpost no matter how much you achieve. That feeling isn’t failure. It’s a sign that the way you’re operating doesn’t fit anymore.

Common Questions

Most coaching gives you frameworks. This doesn’t. Every session is built around your specific situation — what’s actually in the way, what decisions you’re avoiding, what’s making it harder than it needs to be. There’s no curriculum that applies week by week for everyone. My approach is based in behavior change but the timing varies for each client.

That’s one of the most common things clients say before starting here. Usually what didn’t work was something that wasn’t specific enough to their actual situation. This isn’t a program — it’s one-on-one work. If something isn’t landing, we change it. Overall, if you’re ready to make a change, we will work through the messy middle to make sure it happens in a way that supports your life.

Thirty minutes, every week on zoom. We work on what actually needs attention — which changes week to week depending on what’s happening in your business and your life. You’ll have email/Voxer access between sessions for the things that can’t wait too. I’m in this with you so no matter what pops up during the week, you have the space to share it.

You apply, I’ll review your application within 48 business hours, and reply. The application is short — it’s not a test, just a conversation starter. When I reply back to you I’ll let you know my recommendation and also include a link to book a discovery call (optional) and let you know my availability for coaching. Submitting an application doesn’t commit you to anything so it’s a great place to start.

It will. That’s not a disruption — it’s part of the work. Real life doesn’t pause for coaching, and this doesn’t pretend it does.

This timeframe works for implementing change. Most of the meaningful shifts happen in the first few weeks but three months gives those shifts time to become real, sustainable changes rather than temporary momentum.

Still here?

That usually means something.

If you’ve read this far, part of you already knows. The question isn’t whether this is right — it’s whether you’re ready to stop waiting for the right moment. The application takes five minutes and it’s a great place to start. Nothing is locked in until we both decide it’s right.
